Physical Products - Merch Shop
•     You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to cancel your order and request a refund.
•     Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
•     Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
•     Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
•     To initiate return, please email Ginger@ladygingerlust.co.uk  with your order number and reason for return.
•     We will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
