All payments are processed in USD ($). Currency conversion fees may apply for international customers.

•     We do not store full card details on our servers.
•     Suspicious or high-risk transactions may be flagged or declined for your protection.


3. Billing Information
•     Charges will appear on your statement as “The Gingerbread House” or our registered merchant name.
•     You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are accurate and up to date.
•     If your payment fails, your order may be delayed or canceled.


4. Payment Timing
•     Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.
•     For pre-orders or custom items, payment may be taken in advance to secure production.


5. Refunds & Chargebacks

•     Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.


6. Taxes & Duties
•     UK VAT is included in listed prices unless otherwise stated.
•     International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.


7. Disputes & Resolution
•     If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact ginger@ladygingerlust.co.uk within 7 days of the transaction.
•     We aim to resolve billing disputes within 5 working days.
